• CDT opened the doors on the first 4,500 sq. ft. building on Hartzell Street in New Haven, Indiana

• CDT began production of Metal Bond products and Diamond Dressers

• CDT launched Resin Bond product line

• CDT attended our first trade show, for the Fiberglass Fabricators Association (FFA) in Reno, Nevada

1989
• CDT’s first expansion to the Hartzell Street building, adding 8,000 sq. feet

1991
• CDT promotes a team environment that fosters professional growth, and many employees have been working at CDT for decades

1997
• CDT’s second expansion to the Hartzell Street building, more than doubling the size to 20,000 sq. feet

2012
• CDT’s third expansion to the Hartzell Street building, again doubling the size to 40,000 sq. feet

2014
• CDT launched Vitrified product line

2015
• CDT’s fourth expansion to Hartzell Street building, increasing the size to 55,000 sq. feet

2018
• CDT acquired Consort Precision Diamond Co. Ltd., a leading manufacturer of Rotary Diamond Dressers in the United Kingdom
• CDT completed construction and moved into a brand-new 130,000 sq. foot manufacturing and office facility on Rose Avenue in New Haven, Indiana

2019
• CDT’s first expansion of the Rose Avenue location making room for a research & development lab is further enhance performance of all product lines.

2020
• CDT announces the opening of its state-of-the-art Grinding Lab to expedite research and development and spur innovation for customers based on specific industry applications.
